Today’s menu is specially design for people who are on diet. During dieting which food and recipe they can prepare while remain in diet. So, today’s recipe is Veggies Salad. You can add Veggies Salad in your Menu on Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients of Veggies Salad

Cucumber, 1 cubed

Roma Tomatoes, 4 cubed

Avacado, 3 ripe

Onion, 1 cubed

Cilantro, 1/4 cup fresh & chopped

Lemon Juice, 1 Lemon

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Salt, as per taste

Pepper, as per taste

Chaat Masala, pinch



Take a large bowl, add cubed cucumber, tomatoes, avocado and onion.

Next, add onion, cilantro. Mix all the vegetables thoroughly.

Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chaat masala.

Serve, Eat and Enjoy !
