Ingredients For Chicken Karahi

Chicken, 16 pieces

Green Chili, finely chopped

Ginger, 2 tbsp jullian

Black Pepper, 1 tsp

Salt, as per taste

Oil, 1 cup

Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp

White Vinegar, 2 tsp

Red Chili Powder, as per need

Garnish

Fresh Green Chilies, 2-3 finely chopped

Fresh Coriander, as needed

 

Procedure For Chicken Karahi

Take a pan add chicken, salt, vinegar, ginger garlic paste and cover it with lid on a very low flame.

When it started turn dry, add black pepper, green chili, red chili powder. Mix it.

Take a pan and add oil when it turn hot. Add it in the pan.

Then add lemon juice.

When Done, Dish out Garnish it with fresh coriander, ginger, green chilies

Serve Chicken Karahi with Naan, Mint Sauce and Soft Drinks.
