Asalam o Alaikum everyone now a days i am so much busy that i am unable to upload recipes daily. But now i found time and now today i am uploading an amazing recipe according to summer season. As Summer season is a heading. So today’s recipe is Homemade Ras Malai Recipe.
Ingredients for Ras Malai Recipe
- Dry Milk Powder, 1 cup
- Egg, 1
- Sugar, 1 cup
- Oil, 3 tbsp
- Milk, 1 liter
- Pistachios, few
- Almond, few
Instructions for Ras Malai Recipe
- Take a large bowl, add all ingredients dry milk powder, egg and oil. Make soft dough.
- dough should soft and finely kneaded.
2. don’t leave dough for couple of hours. Makes Ras Malai ball immediately.
- when the dough kneaded finely. Start make small balls immediately.
- Now on the other side, take a large pan and boil milk.
- Add sugar and keep boiling milk for 10 to 15 minutes.
- When milk get thicken, start adding balls in milk carefully!
- Cook balls for 5 minutes
- don’t use spatula or spoon to stir boils.
- Pick an from handle and stir it.
- When balls get cooked fully, turn the flame off.
- Dish out, refrigerate it and garnish it with pistachios and almond.
