Asalam o Alaikum, I am back with another amazing recipe that you can make at evening or you can give this in lunch of your kids, also you can take this at break time. Today, i am sharing Corn and Cottage Cheese Samosa Recipe. The recipe is simple quick and easy to make at home with kids.
Ingredients for Corn and Cottage Cheese Samosa Recipe
Following are the ingredients that you need to make Corn and Cottage Cheese Samosa Recipe.
- Samosa Patti, 1/2 kg
- Corn, 1 can
- Green Capsicum, 1/2 large, finely chopped
- Cottage Cheese, 100 g shredded
- All purpose flour, as per need
- Water, as per need
- Oil, as per need
Instructions for Corn and Cottage Cheese Samosa Recipe
Take a bowl, add corn (without corn juice), shredded cottage cheese, capsicum, and mix it well.
Now take an other bowl and make mixture of all purpose flour and water. Put it at as side.
Now take samosa patti and make cone of it by one end open. Now add 1 full spoon of mixture.
And close the open end with the help of all purpose flour and water mixture.
Put them in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes so they sustain there shape.
Take a frying pan and add oil and heat it on medium flame.
When get heated, deep fry samosa and dish out when get golden brown.
Serve immediately with tea, sauces. ENJOY !!!
