Yellow Cup Cakes
Ingredients of Cup Cakes
Milk, 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence, few drops
Flour, 1 1\2 cups
Corn Flour, 1 tsp
Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup
Baking Powder, 1 1/4 tsp
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Oil, 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Frosting Yellow Cup Cakes
Icing Sugar, 2 1/2 cups
In the Beginning, stain corn flour , baking powder, yellow color, flour, 2-3 times.
Take a bowl, beat eggs until take a form shape.
Add sugar and beat it.
Start adding dry ingredients side by side.
NOTE; DON’T ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS AT ONCE.
Add oil , but not at once.
then add all the remaining ingredients.
If batter become more thick, then add milk.
Take cup cakes tray, and add 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp batter.
Note; Don’t over fill the tray.
Fill the tray with batter. Tap tray to remove bubbles.
Put it in the oven. And bake it for 15-20 minutes on slow heat.
After 15 minutes check cup cakes carefully with toothpicks.
when done, turn off the oven. Don’t remove the tray immediately.
When cool down, remove it from the oven.
Dish out cupcakes, dust it with icing sugar.
Serve and enjoy it with your Kids, Friends and Family 🙂
