Masala Tea is very famous in Sub – Continent especially in India. So, today i am going to share recipe of creamy Masala Chai / Tea. Most people preferred it in winter as it has many health benefits.


Ingredients of Masala Chai


Water, 1 cup

Milk, 2 cups

Black tea, 1 tsp

Ginger, very little grated

Cardamon, 1



Take a sauce pan, add 1 cup of water.

After adding water, add ginger and cardamom. Simmer it until get boiled.

Add two cups of milk and simmer it for 2 – 3 minutes.

Then add black tea leaves. And boil it.

When done, pour it in cups evenly.

Serve and Enjoy Creamy Masala Chai in cold weather. Hope you like it.


Note: {You can change the ratio of water and milk. I like creamy chai so I used 2 cups of milk. If you like little creamy you can add more water and add little milk}.
