Red Velvet Molten Lava Cakes is a dessert recipe is simple and easy to make at home. Yeah, its a better preparation idea to celebrate Valentine’s Day at home.

I have made Lemon Molten Lava Cakes  and Lovely Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes. So, now I am making yummy delicious Red Velvet Molten Lava Cake for you people.

Ingredients

Egg, 1 large

All purpose Flour, 3 tbsp

Unsalted Butter, 3 tbsp

Sugar, 1/4 cup

Cocoa Powder, 1 tbsp

White chocolate, 1/3 cup chopped

Red Food Color, 1/2 tbsp

Fir Dusting

Icing Sugar, as per need

 

Procedure for Red Velvet Molten Lava Cakes

Preheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit. Take two ramekins or cupcakes mold. Grease them with  butter and dust it with all purpose flour. And slight tap inverted ramekins to take out extra flour from the ramekins.

Take a sauce pan and add water in it and bring it to simmer. While on the other hand, take a bowl, add white chocolate and butter in it. Now place that bowl on the sauce pan and start whisk it slowly until the chocolate get melted and smoothly mix with butter.

Now remove it from the sauce pan and keep mixing. Now add sugar in it and mix it until sugar get completely dissolve.

Add, egg and beat until  batter get fluffy. After that gradually add flour and coca powder and again beat until no lumps will be left.

Next, add red food color and mix the batter well for 2 -3 minutes so that color will smoothly incorporate with the batter. You can add more food color as per desired or if their is a need.

Don’t overly beat batter because this will make your cake hard.

So, when the batter get smooth. Pour them evenly in ramekins.

Tap ramekins to slightly so that batter get evenly seattled in mold, now place them on the baking tray. Put them in the oven.

Bake them for 14 to 16 minutes in the preheat oven. When done remove it from the oven carefully. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.

Don’t remove cake instantly from the mold because your cake turn into pieces as at that time there too warm. So, Let them cool.

After that with the help of knife, loosen the cake from the mold. Place a dessert plate inverted on the top of the mold , flip over and slightly tap the ramekin so that cake is out on the dessert plate.

Dust icing sugar on top of the Red Velvet Molten Lava Cake and served it immediately.
