Today, i am sharing you another recipe from My Red Velvet Series for Valentine’s Day Special. Easy Red Velvet Brownie is an easy quick and ready to make at home. A nice idea for This Valentines’s Day 2k18. Without any let’s get started.


Ingredients for Red Velvet Brownie

Eggs, 4

Butter, 3/4 cup

Sugar, 2 cups

All purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups

Baking Powder, 1 tsp

Chocolate bar, 1 chopped

Red Food Color, 1 ounce

Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese, 3 ounce (room temperature)

Icing Sugar, 1 1/2 cups

Butter, 3 tbsp

Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Directions for Red Velvet Brownie

Preheat oven at 350 degree Celsius. Take a pan of 9 into 9 inches. Grease it with butter and dust it with all purpose flour. Tap inverted pan to remove the extra flour.

Take a bowl, add chocolate and butter and microwave it for 30 seconds. Keep whisking until chocolate and butter get fully dissolved.

Add flour, red food color and beat.

Gradually add eggs one by one and beat .

After that baking powder and vanilla essence until they get fully incorporated.

Pour the batter in the pan and bake it for 40 – 45 minutes until red velvet brownie get baked fully.

When down, let it cool for 10 minutes.

While Brownies is cooling down. Make the cream cheese frosting.

For Frosting: 

Take a bowl, add cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, vanilla essence and beat until cream turn fluffy.

Now, frost brownie with cream cheese and you can decorate it with other topping as well.

Serve and Enjoy the delicious Easy Red Velvet Brownie.
