Another Amazing Recipe from My Red Velvet Series is out . . Yeah !!! Today i am going to share you the recipe of Easy Red Velvet Cup Cakes. I nicer idea for the preparation of February.

 

Ingredients for Easy Red Velvet Cup Cakes

Eggs, 2 room temperature

Sugar, 3/4 cup granulated

All purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups

Corn flour, 1 tsp

Baking Powder, 1 1/4 tsp

Vanilla Essence, few drops

Red food Color, 1/2 tsp

Oil, 1/2 cup

Milk, 1/2 cup

Frosting of Red Velvet Cup Cakes

Butter, 2 tbsp

Icing sugar, 2 cups

Milk pack cream, 2 ounce

Vanilla Essence, 1 tsp

 

Directions

Before going towards preparation Easy Red Velvet Cup Cakes , there are few things we have to do for better result and make our process fast.

3 Things To Do Before Easy Red Velvet Cup Cakes Preparations.

  1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.

2. Grease Pan

Take a cup cakes tray, or you can use silicon molds or ramekins. Grease it, with butter or oil and dust it with flour. Slightly tap inverted pan to take out extra flour from the pan.

3. Sift dry ingredients

Sift all purpose flour, baking powder, corn flour, red powder food color.

For better results, do it for 1 – 2 times.

Preparation

Now start Easy Red Velvet Cup Cakes preparations. Let’s get started.

Take a large bowl, add eggs and beat it until eggs get fluffy.

Add sugar and beat until sugar get fully dissolve in eggs.

Then start gradually adding all dry ingredients slowly. Keep beating until no lumps left.

Side by side add oil, vanilla essence.

If consistency of the batter hard add milk with the help of spoon. Add pour until you get required consistency. Batter should not be so runny and or so hard.

Pour the prepare batter in the cup cakes mold.

Put it in oven and bake it for 15 – 20 minutes.

When done, turn off the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

While the cup cakes are cooling down, make frosting for cup cakes.

Frosting for Easy Red Velvet Cup Cakes

Take a bowl, add all ingredients of frosting and beat until the cream turn fluffy.

Now as the cup cakes comes on room temperature. Take out from the pan and frost it with prepared vanilla cream.

The yummy delicious Easy Red Velvet Cup Cakes are ready.
