Chocolate Swiss Roll yummiest and delicious dessert. The recipe is easy fun loving activity. The recipe of Chocolate Swiss Roll is simple and contain simple ingredients.
All purpose flour, 2/3 cup
Cocoa powder, 1/2 cup
Eggs , 6 (room temperature)
Sugar, 2/3 cup
Vanilla essence, 1/2 tbsp
Whipped Cream, 250 gms
Dark Chocolate, 1/2 cup chopped
Chocolate chip, 1/2 cup
Candies, as per need
Now next is the step by step procedure to make Chocolate Swiss Roll.
Preheat oven at 240 degree Celcius. take 16 * 11 inches baking pan, grease it with butter or oil. Place butter paper on it. Now grease butter paper with oil or butter. Put it on aside.
On the other side, Sift cocoa powder and all purpose flour.
Take bowl add eggs and sugar beat them until batter get fluffy.
Then add vanilla essence. Next fold in all dry sift ingredient slightly in the batter.
Now pour all the batter on the baking pan. Put it in oven and bake it for 4 min.
When done from it from the oven carefully. Let it cool down then remove it from the baking pan.
For Frosting Chocolate Swiss Roll
- Whipped Cream
Take a bowl, add whipped cream and beat until it get fluffy. (Don’t put all the whipped cream)
- Chocolate Sauce
Now take a sauce pan and add water in it. Take a bowl, place it on a sauce pan and add chocolate to melt it. Mix it well. Let it cool down.
Now remove cake from pan and spread whipped cream on it . Roll the cake carefully. Hold it for a second and place it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take it out from the refrigerator and frost it with remain whipped cream.
Make some pattern with the help melted chocolate, bunty or candies.
